Meet Patti

Born an entrepreneur, back at the market.

Patti first launched Patti Cakes in 1990, and her passion for gourmet food and market days grew from there. After selling the business in 2020, she realised how much she missed the people, the chatter across the table, and making something delicious by hand.

In May 2024 she bought Tasty Tidbits and brought that love of flavour back to the market scene. Every mix is still blended in small batches with quality ingredients, and every packet still gets packed by Patti.
